TorahTutors.org was founded in 2010 as an affiliate of WebYeshiva.org, under the auspices of ATID.
But maybe you already knew that.
Did you also already know that both WebYeshiva and TorahTutors have been growing steadily ever since?
In the most recent development, WebYeshiva announced the appointment of Rabbi Johnny Solomon to the new position of Chief Learning Officer. Rabbi Solomon was introduced on Facebook as follows:

While Rav Johnny will be focusing his attentions primarily on the learning at WebYeshiva.org, we’re excited to have him on the TorahTutors.org team as well!
Here’s what Rav Johnny had to say about TorahTutors in a recent Facebook post:
Did you know that in addition to the incredible range of classes available at WebYeshiva.org, as well its groundbreaking Halacha Mastery Program (open to men and women), as well as my #virtualrabbi spiritual coaching and halachic consultation services, that an affiliate program of WebYeshiva.org is TorahTutors.org?
Established in 2010, TorahTutors, which is headed by Rabbanit Sarah Rudolph, provides a virtual chavruta program, Bat/Bar Mitzvah tutoring, Jewish homeschooling solutions and school enrichment opportunities.
Every week, scores of men, women, and schoolchildren from all over the world study Torah topics of their choice with TorahTutors. This includes: several mothers who reached out to us to improve their Chumash/Rashi skills to be able to learn with their kids; other women who wanted to enhance their skills before joining a yoetzet halacha program; men and women wishing to study an area of halacha or a particular tractate of Talmud, and adults & children wishing to brush up on their alef bet.
Additionally, TorahTutors helps young women and men prepare for their bat and bar mitzvah, and it works with schools and families to provide a broad range of made-to-measure online Torah learning solutions for school enrichment opportunities and for those homeschooling their children.

The only thing we could possibly add is that there are even more people learning with us, for even more reasons, than could possibly fit in one Facebook post.
What’s your reason?
